The Village Walk on Saturday June 4th raised £85 for the Reading Room

On Saturday 4th June in bright sunshine twenty one villagers,friends & visitors met outside the Reading Room for the traditional Rathmell Village walk.

After a pleasant saunter around the village-saying hello to the alpacas at Mill Glen & passing through fields,over stiles & down lanes we returned to the Reading Room where our cream tea awaited prepared & served by members of the Reading Room Committee.

For this enjoyable afternoon we raised £85 for Reading Room funds. With thanks to all concerned
